Modern Slavery Statement
This statement is made under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps RouteForgeX Ltd takes to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in our operations and supply chain.
Our business
We operate a UK linehaul, parcel and fulfilment network employing over 2,100 people across 38 depots, supported by subcontracted drivers and final-mile partners.
Our policies
We maintain anti-slavery, whistleblowing, and ethical-procurement policies. All employment is freely chosen; we verify the right to work for every employee and require the same of our labour and subcontract partners.
Due diligence
We risk-assess our supply chain, require subcontractors to confirm compliance with the Act, and audit higher-risk partners. We provide a confidential channel to report concerns without fear of reprisal.
Training
Managers and recruitment staff receive training to recognise and respond to the signs of modern slavery. This statement is reviewed and approved annually by the board.
